A bit over priced for what was received
4.0The patio area near the pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. Also, the woman at the front counter was very friendly and accommodating.
− After staying a night in the room I woke up extremely stuffy (assuming there is mold because it got better as the day went on and I was no longer at the hotel) and the ac unit is ridiculously loud and woke me up all night long kicking on and off. I finally got up and turned the fan to on instead of auto to keep the noise consistent but it was still very loud and made sleeping difficult
Not a nice stay

− Tv never worked. Stayed two weeks was asked to have the beds changed the day before leaving. Always had to ask for bath tissues, trash bags, clean towels, tub dripped loaded the disability room I asked for and booked since I had surgery was given away had to move rooms twice with no help
Relaxing and enjoyable.
10.0We had stayed somewhere else the night before. They were able to find us a room even though we were early. It was close to an appointment I had the next day. Leah was awesome.
