8.0Staff & food very good. the door to my room was a bit hard to close.

6.0Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, cleanliness was good, but probably the worst water pressure I have ever experienced in a shower in my life. Imagine standing under a watering can with most of its holes clogged up and you will be close to imagining how bad this was.
