2.0I booked this hotel a year ago and was able to check-in before 3pm. This time we were told to wait till 3pm to check-in, mind you other people were getting checked in before then. So we had to wait to unpack our stuff. The elevator was humid and one of them didn’t even work. The bathroom in the lobby did not have soap. The room that we got had a toilet that would leak and leave the floor wet. We weren’t even given hand soap in our hotel room. Will definitely look into other hotel options and avoid this place.
Would not recommend getting bookings from booking.com as the customer care is not responsive.

− Queen room with broken amenities especially toilet. Staff not responsive to amend.
For a consistently packed hotel repairs/upgrades shouldn’t be an issue
5.0Free parking/clean hotel room/staff was nice
− Faulty elevators/trash/bedding in the hallways/very limited # of luggage carts for such a big hotel.
