10.0Struttura favolosa ubicata in una zona perfetta per chi voglia scoprire la natura e lo spirito bohémien di Ibiza senza mescolarsi alle masse festaiole del capoluogo. Ho prenotato una stanza vista mare e mi hanno dato una delle poche con un'ampia terrazza: già solo quella rende il soggiorno eccezionale. La struttura è moderna, con stile architettonico e arredi di gusto. Il mare è letteralmente a 10 passi. La colazione inclusa con Genius è abbondante, varia, buona e servita al tavolo. Lo staff è estremamente cortese e disponibile. L'attenzione alle necessità individuali si vede sin da prima dell'arrivo: la manager invia un'email per raccogliere richieste specifiche con giorni di anticipo e lascia un biglietto scritto a mano in stanza per ricordare la sua disponibilità.
− Un piccolo appunto: a volte lo staff tenta di entrare in stanza per lasciare cose richieste extra anche se c'è il "do not disturb" sulla maniglia della porta. Lo prendo come un eccesso di zelo, perché ci tengono ad accontentare richieste a tempo di record, ma a volte può creare imbarazzo.

1.0Very unhappy with the standards, this is ment to be a 5star Whotel. The service from the staff and room service was very poor, knowone answering room calls, I had to walk down to reception, the place is ran by young Spanish teenagers on summer seasons. The Fire alarm in the room went off 3times in 2days for no reason and it took them 15mins to turn it off, very frustrating. Definitely not W standards
