Great stay, sensational location, lovely historical hotel
8.0Location was fabulous. Close to all the main attractions and easy to walk to. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely and front desk were super helpful and went above and beyond whenever we had questions or wanted to book something.
− Breakfast was sufficient but most days bread was dry. It was convenient but if we stayed again I would venture out for a cafe instead. Not a negative but worth a mention.. whilst the property does have a small lift (2people/2suitcases was a struggle) you still have to navigate 4-5 stairs to get to the lift. There was also no indication on the lift buttons for what floor to find reception.
Recommend for location, rooms, staff, and breakfast.
10.0Amazing location! This was our second trip to Rome, first time at Pantheon Inn. This location was super central and walkable to all the locations we visited, we never had to take metro or rideshare. Staff was friendly, rooms cleaned daily, breakfast was great, room was quiet and the A/C was strong. ;-) We would recommend and stay again.
Safe location for solo travellers but my experience was bad.
6.0So close to the Pantheon and walking distance to all major attractions. I was travelling solo and felt very safe in this lively part of Rome.
− The hotel tried to eject me from my room at 10am (to get maintenance work done) and would not provide a new room until 3pm. All whilst it was nearly 40 degrees outside during the day! I absolutely refused and had to argue with them. In the end they backed down and let me keep the room. I was only booked for 2 nights and such a request was very disruptive, not to mention highly unfair. I paid full price and should have been entitled to have full access to a room 100% of the time.

A lovely place, but don’t stay on the 4th floor in the summer.
7.0Location was great. Breakfast was lovely and very accommodating for our return trip home (made us a to go breakfast).
− We were on the top floor the first night and there during a record summer heat dome in the city. The room never went below 26 Celsius (starting at 28) and when a staff member came in we were told it was indeed cool in the room. We demanded a new room and were moved. The temperature in the new room never went above 18. Also, you had to use their key card in order to use the AC.
