4.0The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The place was large, nice bedding, tons of towels, but overall not worth it. We were happy to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.
A peaceful and quiet resort
10.0I appreciated the cleanliness and the staff. They really went above and beyond to accommodate us or help us with what we needed. Our room felt like an Airbnb with the benefit of having daily cleaning and concierge service. The security attendant at the gate and the front office staff were all really kind. The property itself is extremely quiet and very rarely did we see people hanging out at the pools when we went on the weekend. It felt like our own private resort! We loved the peaceful feeling here and felt extremely safe.
− Like some have mentioned, the restaurant is still closed, which meant we had to make sure we had all of the food needed or take a short drive to get groceries.

− On-site restaurants were not open; more like a condo than a true resort.
Good place for a family passing through who have a car and want to cook for themselves. It’s a condo not a luxury place.
6.0The staff was very kind and help when we needed something
− There were absolutely no provisions in the units. We did not know we had to buy every piece of food and coffee and coffee filters and salt and olive oil, etc. It is so bare bones it was strange and it was not easy to get to the store without a car to buy things. Also, there were no instructions on how to use the TV and the cable shows so Netflix only worked for one day.
