Чудовий номер, сніданок 🥞
10.0Дуже сподобалось це місце, я брала двомісний номер. Номер був затишним. Близкість до метро це плюс. Також порадував сніданок який був включений у вартість.
− У помешканні все добре. Мене розбудили люди які голосно розмовляли між собою в коридорі. Звукоізоляція бажає кращого.

− Отвратительно. Выбрали этот отель, т.к останавливались раньше в отелях этой сети (+ 3 звезды это очень неплохой рейтинг). Но это отвратительный отель! Женщина на ресепшен недружелюбная, какая-то злая, не вежливая и абсолютно не компетентна в расселении ( у нас было забронировано 2 номера на одну семью- и вместо того чтобы дать нам два смежных номера поселила нас в разные концы отеля. Мы просили пересилить нас 3 раза и снова она предложила смежный номер (1), когда мы увидели, что второй номер пустой мы предложили отдать его нам ( тем более что дверь между этими номерами была открыта!!!- на что она ответила что тот номер забронирован- что еще раз показывает ее непрофессионализм и некомпетентность. И все это таким тоном и лицом, как будто бы мы пришли к ней домой и требуем нас бесплатно принять. Я такого ресепшиониста не видела никогда и нигде. Ночью отель закрывают, на ресепции никого нет, выйти или зайти можно только через соседний отель и ( внимание!) выключают на ночь лифт!!!!!)))))) мы думали сломался, но нет- в 7:30 он сам магически поехал))) чистота - ооочень посредственная, поверхностно все. Полотенца для тела- ужасные ( оставляют какой-то белый ворс или пух или бог знает что на теле). Завтрак - типичный для Франции. В общем очень печально, что этот отель подводит свою сеть. Больше у них останавливаться не будем.
