Poor Ventilation and Bathroom Issues
7.0The location
− The room didn’t have a window you could open to let in some fresh air. Instead of smelling fresh, the room had a stale, musty smell. Also, every time you flushed the toilet, water would leak out and pool on the floor around the base of the toilet.
We were satisfied with our stay, the hotel is very cozy

10.0We were behind of the hotel. No nose at all. Service and reception all very friendly. We could leave the luggages at a room behind the reception. There is an hotel and bars. Only use the bar 🍻. Less expensive in the fridge in the room. Good quality of the tv.

9.0Once again, we had a great stay. This was our fourth or fifth time staying here, and the hotel remains well-maintained and conveniently located near the BTS and Terminal 21. It seems that the rooms have been upgraded. The windows now have double glazing, which means that hardly any outside noise gets in. This was something we had experienced problems with during previous stays, so it’s a welcome improvement. We are very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

9.0After staying in Samui, we returned to this hotel, and I’m choosing it again for our next stay. It’s just as good as ever: the rooms are clean and maintained to a high standard. On top of that, there’s a fantastic restaurant right in the hotel — GIGI! It’s definitely worth a visit, even if you’re not staying at the hotel.
