A very uncomfortable bed, mediocre breakfast with just the basics,could be better . I expected a main gate to ensure the

− The bed was so uncomfortable and they weren’t very accommodating when asked to swop rooms . Asked twice and both times they couldn’t assist.

3.0It is centrally located. The rooms are clean and neat. The breakfast selection was fair. The cleaning staff are friendly Check in was smooth
− Our rooms were RIGHT at the back. Literally. I requested for a room closer to the front for my dad (old with a walking stick) and unfortunately this could not be accommodated. We even asked if he could park closer to the back and use one of the back entrances (maybe the conference room entrance or something). Unfortunately this couldn't be accommodated. It was sad to see him walk soooo far.
