We hadden per ongeluk niet voor juni, maar voor juli geboekt en zagen dat pas de dag van aankomst. Aan de balie de vergissing uitgelegd. De geboekte kamer was niet meer beschikbaar, maar we een iets luxere. Met alleen de meerprijs betalen konden we zonder problemen inchecken. Wat een service! Goed restaurant, fijn zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Bedden zijn erg hard, maar er wordt een topper op gelegd als je daarom vraagt.

− Het strand tegenover het hotel is vies, niemand die zich geroepen voelt de aangespoelde en achtergelaten zooi op te ruimen. Maar dat geldt voor heel veel plekken in Azië. Jammer.

Location

− Extremely poor customer service, incredibly Unhelpful staff at check in showing little empathy or accommodation or flexibility. In the end we were forced to purchase an extra four nights in an additional separate room (which remained empty and wasn’t used) whilst we desperately tried to get hold of our room key at 10.30pm after a 14 hour long journey with 4 kids and the restaurant closing. I understand there was confusion but some empathy and understanding allowing us to feed the kids whilst we tried to solve the issue and not forcing us to book a second room when we were more than happy to pay for extra people in our family suite…honestly it had almost everyone in tears on our first evening and was such a disappointing start to the holiday. I’m still not sure that it was allowed to with hold our room key even when we said we’d agree to booking a second room, fairly sure having paid for the room in full at least a couple of us should have been allowed access, even if only to place our luggage whilst we went to the restaurant (which by the way we had to drag our luggage into the actual restaurant). I. The end with my husband having been in the phone to the manager for half an hour I produced my credit card and agreed to pay whatever extras they needed us to pay simply so we could get access to the one family suite we’d booked. Felt dishonest, uncaring and like we had been take. Advantage of. Such a shame as hotel was lovely, but I’d be very wary of booking again as in the end the stay cost us over double what we’d expected. A little kindness and customer service would have gone a long way in this instance and the staff members at check I. Would do well to practice it in future.

Fine rom og uteområdet var veldig koselig, kort vei til alt og sentralt men stille om natten. God frokost og fantastisk personal 😀

Good service in lobby and restaurant. Nice pool, and good location right on Au Nang beach.

− House keeping came rather late and unpredictably. Occasionally they forgot to fully restock water and towels. The sunbed mattresses in the pool area had seen better days. Room AC was capable, but also loud - especially at night.

Enfrente de la playa, desayuno perfecto, todo a un paseo, la ubicación es ideal

− Le faltaba estar un poco más arreglado habían mesistas rotas, ralladas, los espejos bastante viejos por la humedad de la playa, y mejorar el servicio de limpieza, nuestros baños olían a humedad y el aire acondicionado es un aparato grande antiguo que hacía un ruido horrible, hay que apagarlo para dormir y te mueres de calor
