10.0Staff were incredible. We especially appreciated Dina Mendes. She greeted with a smile every morning and was kind and attentive to our needs.

6.0Not worth the price. Outdoor swimming pool freezing, nobody comes and offer drinks/towels by the pool. Much rather stay at other properties ten times cheaper and much nicer.
Magical place!
10.0The most magical place I've been to! The hotel is an old estate and they have redone it beautifully. The staff was first class, the food delicious and there were so many activities to sign up for! Spa was impressive with the hydrotherapy, cold plunge and different saunas! We will definitely go back!!

10.0Fabulous hotel - almost Belmond but not quite. Rooms are excellent (must comfortable beds with down pillows). Breakfast is superb. Pool service a bit sporadic but overall the staff were wonderful.
