10.0Perfect one night stay over. Shared shower and toilet but very clean. Price is great considering includes breakfast.

4.0One shower and toilet between all rooms. In these days of Covid, not good. Found someones dirty laundry in the drawers. The rest of the drawers were filthy. Wifi turned off at 20:00 and stayed off. Tv was a big as the palm of my hand- I'm not kidding. All this for £70 a night. What a joke!
Great value overnight stay
10.0Great breakfast. Although bathroom was shared I used it as if it was my own! Friendly helpful staff. My WiFi didn’t work well from my room so had to access it in public downstairs. Opportunity to meet the locals! Walls or rooms are paper thin as it is an old building so take sleeping ear plugs if you are sound sensitive This was a good value deal for one night in Milton Keynes
