Die reinste Katastrophe

− Katastrophaler Aufenthalt: Ekelerregender Gestank, unverschämter Service & 0 Sterne wert! Ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie ein so unfreundliches und inkompetentes Personal erlebt. Dieses Hotel vertritt auf keinen Fall den Standard von 5 Sternen – es ist eine absolute Frechheit, was den Gästen hier geboten wird. Die Hauptgründe für diese Bewertung: Ekelerregender Gestank im Kinderzimmer: Das Zimmer meiner Kinder hat extrem nach Abfluss und Verstopfung gestunken! Es hat unfassbare 3 Tage gedauert, bis die Rezeption überhaupt erst auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert hat. Mangelhafte Alternative: Als wir nach ewigem Hin und Her endlich ein neues Zimmer bekamen, war das die reinste Katastrophe: Wir wurden in ein völlig abgelegenes Gebäude verfrachtet, weit weg von allem und ohne andere Gäste. Zero Kundenservice: Das Personal ist auf unsere berechtigten Beschwerden überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Keinerlei Einsicht, keine Entschuldigung, nur reine Ignoranz. Unterirdische Gastfreundschaft: Abends durfte man sich in der Lobby nicht einmal in normaler Lautstärke unterhalten. Zu allem Übel mussten wir abends über eine Stunde warten, bis überhaupt jemand kam, um uns zu bedienen. Fazit: Ein 5-Sterne-Hotel lebt vom Service und der Hygiene. Beides ist hier unterirdisch. Ein Erholungswert für die Familie ist gleich null, man wird als Gast einfach nur ignoriert und schlecht behandelt. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!

− Einige Mitarbeiter aus dem Barbereich sind unfreundlich! Personalwechsel angedacht! Das positive an meinen Familienurlaub war, dass, wenn man Probleme hatte, diese vom Kundenmanagement und der Direktion sehr gut gefixt worden sind und man hatte einen kundenorientierten Lösungsansatz, mit dem man sich zufrieden stellen konnte! Ich kann das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen!

10.0Professional reception. Super dinner - choice of fish, meat, any taste. Chocolate croissants - one love. Hotel is higher level than Soline but worth location for season. Very good Gym. Welcome guys who work the car. Welcome Croatian people.

10.0Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag war alles perfekt! Personal super freundlich und engagiert. Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick sehr ruhig und bequeme Betten Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen unvergleichlich! Tolle Auswahl, immer frisch und niemals ein Krümel irgendwo wo er nicht hingehört (sofort räumt jemand auf) und wirklich lecker!!! Lage perfekt, Strand sowieso wunderschön! Bars und Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar

Take your dog on a well-deserved vacation! You can come with up to 1 dog, weighing up to 15 kg, announcement is necessary. Cleaning after the dog is charged additionally 25 eur/day. A mat, steel bowl, toy and waste bags are waiting for your best friend (available on request & extra charge). Couple of things to remember before your vacation: please do not leave your dog alone in the room for its own safety; keep your dog supervised; do not bring your dog into the closed part of the restaurant, pool or wellness area. Keep your dog on a leash during your stay and also please bring evidence of your dog’s vaccination. Have a nice stay!
