− Hotel smelled like Marijuana. Shower was not clean. Air conditioner made loud thumping noise all night
Could have been at a better hotel/casino.
3.0The comfort of having the hotel connected to the casino.
− The staff wasn't very friendly upon checking in, the casino was alright except for the place we ate lunch at. We had to stand at the register for a few minutes while the employees complained about their paychecks. Then it took even more time to get our food from Fudruckers. Overall experience I won't be staying there again.
It was a nice stay . Slept really well . Everything was clean and neat
9.0− Not very good facilities for handicap . To long a walk to casino floor if you don’t get handicap room and I didn’t .

2.0− We booked online for a 2 night stay. Ended up with 2 rooms for the same night booked. Hotel nor the online company would change it and was charged 65 dollars to cancel the second room. Wasn't even offered a complimentary room or a discount on another nights stay for either. So we went and stayed at horseshoe casino and spent our money there. Was very disappointed. We all know the casinos make a ton of money and wouldn't have cost them a dime to let us stay in the room we used for a second night. It wasn't like it was packed it was in middle of week
