A wonderful base in an excellent old house.
8.0Wonderful welcome and period property, hearty American breakfast everyday and an excellent base for Boston, The Cape, Rhode Island, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Great local knowledge from the lovely inkeeper Tracy and easy on street parking.
− No dislikes at all but important to note Fairhaven is more of a base than a destination. That said a 20 min walk from this accomodation over the really cool swing bridge into New Bedford (which Google maps thinks you can't do but believe me you can) opens up plenty of excellent bars and restaurants.
