− It was very tired. Broken couch. Dirty shower. Neglected dirty balcony. Gym a disgrace with fallen in ceiling and buckets of dirty water.

− After hours check in system did not work at all. If we had not had other family members already staying who let us in who eventually tracked down staff we would have been waiting out in bad weather (with two other people trying to check in as well) for who knows how long. Also II think if you rent a TWO bedroom unit you should not have to chase up another key - especially when you need to use the key/fob ALL the time within the complex.
