6.0They property was great for families
− I was sent a message a couple days before arriving asking if I would like to upgrade our room to a beach villa. My wife and I I discussed this and thought it a great idea so replied yes to the message then received confirmation of the upgraded room. Upon arrival to the resort, I was told that the resort had received a further email advising I had cancelled the upgraded room. As I had not cancelled the upgrade I was very confused and advised we still wanted the room but were told we were no longer able to upgrade our stay as we had booked through a third party company and there was nothing that could be done. While our Forrest villa was nice, the location was no comparison to the beach villas. For three of the four nights we stayed, over half the beach villas were empty so I was disappointed we weren’t able to upgrade as planned.

− The cabin was showing a bit of wear and tear, but still presentable. The blinds could have done with a clean, they were pretty grubby in places.

− I paid Booking.com for an upgrade to a cabin with 2 double bunks, but still got a cabin with one double bunk and a sofa bed. I inquired at office and was told i should take it up with Booking.com. Why allow a third party to make bookings for you if you wont honour them. Child's room had old lolly wrappers on floor. Bunk beds were not made up despite making it clear we had 4 children with us. Heated pool barely had the chill off.
