8.0Newly reopened after a major renovation and redesign so very clean and fresh. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room was excellent with everything brand new. Only let down was the ‘stunning’ pool was not heated, so was too cold for me to enjoy, which was a big disappointment. Would definitely return once the pool is heated.
