10.0The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had the best possible stay. There was a kid's room right next to check in which kept the children entertained while we checked in. There was a fireplace and reading material in a lounge type room which was a lovely treat on a cold day. The lady checking us in organised a key card for us to pass straight into Sovereign Hill mine without having to go out and around. The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was classically elegant. The grounds were beautiful and we were disappointed that we'd only booked a one night stay.
Quirky stay in good a good way!
9.0Loved staying here! It’s a little quirky but for a family trip for sovereign hill it is perfect. It’s a country motel but everything was great and having the big outdoor area with footies etc was amazing. They even have a games room with kids and adults board games set up. I would like to go back in summer as they have a bbq area you can use which would be great in a warm night. The room was fine, nothing fancy but comfy and had everything we needed.
− You can hear your neighbours coming and going but it wasn’t a huge deal.
