9.0Not our first visit and certainly not our last. We like the warm indoor pool and spa, the views from the high floors. Although it'd right in surfers, the block of land isn't jam packed like the other blocks as each apartment block is surrounded by their ourdoor pool, tennis court and so on. We find it easy and convenient here. Easy to get in and out of apartment and parking. Rubbish shute on each floor. Walk to most main areas in surfers. Tram station is a block away if needed. Whales from the balcony. Size and quality of rooms is good. Proper laundry in apartments is great for longer stays.
− There isn't much to pick at or not like. The lock on our unit thus time was temperamental but still worked. I was concerned about a leak of power in bathroom ensuite meaning a light was on when it was off - bulb removed and placed in draw in ensuite. Also could feel several hot spots within the tile flooring, one significant one middle of the kitchen which I feel is a concern. It was there consistently the whole stay. Again, these are small details overall and we will be back.

8.0The apartment was amazing and the pool so warm and clean. Staff were friendly. Location was very central to everything.
− Nothing you can do to fix… but the area is so noisy.
