8.0The property was aged but nice and clean. Disappointing no blankets on beds, only one pillow. Although we arrived when reception was open, it was not and once we finally got onto them they were very hard to understand. Also there was no lift and I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs I suffer with arthritis
