Brilliant staff and a great base to explore the area.
8.0Huge two bedroom apartment with comfortable beds and well-provisioned kitchen, bathroom, laundry. I’ve seen other reviews say there wasn’t warm enough bedding but with the extra blankets provided in the wardrobes we were toasty even after turning the heating off (July). The resort is well-maintained and attractive. Staff were all absolutely super - friendly, helpful and welcoming, especially the lady who checked us in, who couldn’t have been lovelier.
− Out of season the large resort was very empty so bars/restaurant lacked atmosphere - not the fault of the place, only the timing. Our kids were looking forward to the indoor pool but it was pretty chilly!

− The entire place could to with a deep clean, hard water stains around taps amd shower head, common areas ie pool areas build up of moss/ mildue, just needs a quick deep clean to bring it back up to a standard i would expect as a 4 start resort

8.0Staff were excellent. I booked through Booking .com and had chosen 2 twin beds but when we got to room there was one bed. I was staying with my older mother and went back to sort out with desk staff. The staff were very polite and moved us to another room.
