10.0We enjoyed our stay here very much much. Everything was excellent. The staff were so generous, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We hired the onsite bikes which was a fun and handy way to see the sites. The shuttle into the town was very handy. We especially like the lovely gardens, walking track and quiet places to sit and relax.

Not worth the tag
7.0Stunning surrounds in nature and great nature trails within the resort but unfortunately they were all closed.
− Didn't like that we weren't advised of all the closured of amenities and inclusions until after we booked a non-refundable stay. Regardless not as nice as other Crystalbrook venues, reception and venue staff are all clueless backpackers mostly and the worst bed and pillow. Got a next sprain that lasted 2 weeks. The turn down staff are lovely though.
