I would say the facilities are more suited for couples but I wouldn’t stay there as a family again.
5.0The outlook is pretty and the location was good. The rooms are warm and dry.
− The level of cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The beds weren’t made properly the entire time we stayed (5 nights). We booked for 5 people but were only accommodated with kitchenware for 4.

4.0The staff were very helpful as we had dis covered several things wrong with our initial room.
− When we first arrived the table in the room was visibly dirty and there was rubbish on the floor. The window seals were broken so a high pitched whistling sound was present continuously when it was windy. The plug in the bathroom was broken so the sink didn’t drain adequately. The staff however were apologetic for this and changed our room and they were lovely. The resort I think has become dated and needs some basic maintenance carried out. Not really worth the price for local kiwis which is a real shame.

6.0由于入住前几天，这边下了场很大很大的雪，造成很多意外状况的发生。能看到工作人员很努力的去协调发生的突发状况。 接待处门前的一个小湖，也结冰了，可以想象在正常气温下，这边应该很NICE。 酒店地理位置不错，离牧羊人教堂不远。其实很期望下次能在正常的气温再来感受下这个酒店的服务和酒店内的美景。
− 私人停车位，明显不足。应该严格规定谁的门前，停谁的私家车。我们出去看星河，发现回来的时候，原先的停车位已经被别人停了，找了20分钟才找到了停车位。 由于入住的时间很冷很冷，所以晚上是开热空调睡觉的，造成整晚都能听见空调外机在哄哄做响，这点很不满意，晚上睡不太好。不知道如果是日常非恶劣情况，会不会这样的情况会好些。
