Unfair treatment I was embarrassed and left there like I didn't matter and had to water money, time
1.0I booked the room and was told by staff once I arrived in Uber and dropped off they had no room and he lied and said he called and emailed me another ball faced lie. Needless to say a huge inconvenience.
