6.0− The parking lot was too small to accommodate all guests. I was not impressed that I had lug everything to the 3rd floor. And the ice machine wasn't working.

− Room had been smoked in for decades- smelled like an 80s nightclub complete with cigarette burn marks throughout the bathroom. Furnishings were cheap pressboard and worn. Beds and stove needed replacing 10 years ago. It was advertised as dog friendly, but there was no grass near, other than walking across a busy road with no crosswalk.

− The advertising on Google stated that a continental breakfast was included, but in the morning, when we asked where the breakfast room was, the lady at the office said they don't offer a breakfast and never have.
It is reasonable.
