9.0The 1 BR with Queen beds is a great option. Beds were very comfortable, enjoyed a great sleep after hours of traveling. Hotel honored our request for a room on a lower floor. Friendly staff.
− Bathroom is a little cramped for space. Breakfast options on weekdays not that great

9.0The location was quick and easy to access, the room was very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pantry had everything we needed last minute, breakfast was wonderful! The variety was fantastic! I loved the free laundry facilities. Only one dryer was working during our stay but it was free (Tide pods available for purchase very inexpensively in the pantry shop by the front desk). Purchasing items in the pantry was super easy with self service. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! Especially Jesus! He showed us his favorite restaurants on the map. We had a great time!

Going Above & Beyond
10.0Destiny & Alacey made our stay more pleasant because hours before arriving my mom expired. I needed to cancel my reservation immediately however being my mom's FT caregiver my family said I needed the break away, also to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I went back to the front desk and told Alacey we could stay,she noted the changes. The next morning Destiny had already called Booking & made the changes for me so we didn't have to do anything except try to enjoy ourselves while we were there. That's what I call going beyond the call of duty while no one is watching. Thank you ladies 🧡🧡🧡🧡
