Great if you need a place to stay for an implusive trip to the beach.
7.0The owners were nice and the location is close to Grover Beach. It’s near the freeway, but the rooms do an excellent job of muffling the sound.
− It’s near the freeway and a sort of sketch area of town. The AC unit is a bit loud and turns off in random increments.

− - IMPOSSIBLE TO WASH OFF SOAP - strong scent - probably spilled man's cologne - big stains on the carpet - shady areas in the back - no lobby with any treats

− Didn't like the hot water took 8 - 10 min to heat up. Not enough pillows, towels
The place was really dirty the carpet really gross and the bed really old and uncomfortable
