10.0Excelente pequeno almoço, com tudo o que é necessário. Atendimento e funcionários sempre prestáveis e atenciosos. É ótimo haver café à disposição ao longo do dia na entrada no hotel, assim como o lanche da tarde (fika) também incluído. Recomendo a escolha!
− O quarto tinha uma máquina de café mas não tinha acesso a nenhuma ficha. De qualquer forma, não foi necessário usá-la.

Excellent séjour et très agréable de profiter de la demi-pension.
9.0Hôtel très bien situé à 5mn à pied de la gare centrale. Le personnel est très aimable. La chambre était spacieuse. La demi-pension était très pratique et tous les repas étaient délicieux. Même si la chambre donnait côté rue, en fermant les fenêtres le bruit était presque inexistant.

− היתה לי תקרית לא נעמה עם מנהלת הקבלה. בבוקר ביקשתי שהחדר ינוקה. מנהלת הקבלה טענה שיש להודיע יום מראש, אך לצערי הגעתי בערב ולא ידעתי על נוהל זה. במהלך השיחה פניתי אליה באנגלית (שאינה שפת אימי) ואמרתי MY DEAR והיא ענתה לי בצורה מאוד בוטה ולא נחמדה... I AM NOT YOUR DEAR.... מכאן השיחה רק התדרדרה. לדעתי היא חייבת להיות יותר סבלנית ובעלת יחס אנושי טוב יותר במיוחד לתיירים אשר שפת אמם אינה אנגלית ולא נורבגית
