Convenient, clean, and close to highway and food
9.0If you are road-tripping along I-64, this is a great spot to rest. Sharnell and Brian were very helpful, rooms were clean, and there were plenty of food options with Cracker Barrel steps away and free breakfast at the hotel. Would stop here again.
− Beds were a little hard but overall restful night
As a single adult traveling with several children, I appreciated the spacious, well-designed room that comfortably fit a
10.0I really liked the layout of this hotel. Once you parked and went inside, everything you needed was easily accessible without having to go back outside. Our room was conveniently located near the indoor pool, which was a great temperature and perfect for the kids. The breakfast area was excellent, and everything—from the elevators to the main entrance—was thoughtfully laid out. It was an easy hotel to navigate, especially when traveling with several children.
− The only thing I missed was having vending machines on the guest floors. The hotel does have a market area where you can purchase drinks and snacks, but it would have been convenient to have a vending machine nearby so I could simply send one of the kids with cash instead of going downstairs and using a credit card.
