Very Bad Experience

− We had a very bad experience after being asked to pay a fee of extra 100euros for a small dog. We have been given a room that smelled like urine and with a rug full of dark stains. Probably a "special room" for guests with dogs. Not even one question was asked by the staff about how our stay was when doing the check-out.
Standard room categories include discounted access fee 35 EUR per person per day to the ZION SPA LUXURY wellness area and pool area (complimentary for all suite categories -does not apply to free upgrades).
When booking a 60-minute massage, you have free spa access on the same day.
Access to the fitness zone is complimentary for all the guests. Please note that the hotel accepts group reservations only upon request. Please contact the property in advance for further information.
