Very Bad Experience
1.0Good Location
− We had a very bad experience after being asked to pay a fee of extra 100euros for a small dog. We have been given a room that smelled like urine and with a rug full of dark stains. Probably a "special room" for guests with dogs. Not even one question was asked by the staff about how our stay was when doing the check-out.

Standard room categories include discounted access fee 35 EUR per person per day to the ZION SPA LUXURY wellness area and pool area (complimentary for all suite categories -does not apply to free upgrades).
When booking a 60-minute massage, you have free spa access on the same day.
