5.0Location to where I wanted to be
− I had arranged to check in early and received confirmation. However on arrival the reception didn't know and we couldn't check in. We had to leave our bags and return later.
Bad
3.0Location was ok
− It was very ooor run down to say the least they took money guarantee for the room there was nothing in the room to the value and expensive
Lovely hotel, comfortable, good location, overall happy with our stay.
9.0Good location for our travel
− There was no mention of a holding deposit that would be refunded in 2 days. Just think this should be mentioned for future guests as it is not standard in every booking.
Great price and location not fancy, but comfortable and friendly staff.
6.0Very close to Paddington and Hyde Park. It had French doors that opened to a balcony. Staff is very friendly and held my bags when I arrived until my check in time.
− Rooms are a bit dated and not enough storage. There is a kettle that was on a table by the bed, but there was no plug by the table.
