4.0The front desk employee was wonderful to work with when we needed to change rooms a few times. She was respectful, accommodating, and personable. The breakfast was good, hot breakfast options and kid friendly options as well. The kitchen staff was friendly and accommodating.
− The first room we were given smelled horrendous, definitely smoked in. The second room had a deadbolt that did not properly latch/lock. The third room was better, however, the tub did not drain while showering and the beds were very uncomfortable.

− Bath tube would not drain fast enough. left you standing in 4 inches of water by the time you completed your shower. Need to add a meat to the breakfast menu.
