I will not stay here again

− They have a pool with ONE lounge chair. When asked them about it we were told 2 of them got broken and they ordered more which makes 3 lol all this money which was expensive and we couldn’t lounge by the pool. They also didn’t clean the room from Thursday to Sunday. We had to go out and ask for clean towels, our garbage was piled up , was very disappointing. The fridge wasn’t even cold, the conditioner was empty in the shower, I feel those things should be kept up to par for all the money on the room per night
We’ve stayed here twice. The first time for several days and the second time for just one night. We will likely return
10.0Easy parking, clean rooms and helpful staff. We especially liked the morning and evening meal service. Afternoon cookies were yummy too!
− It wasn’t really possible to walk to town, but because we were outside of downtown, we had a quiet stay.

10.0생각보다 가성비가 너무 좋았고, 조식도 직접 만들어서 줘서 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 블랙스버그의 VT방문에 이상적인 숙소입니다.

10.0The staff is always nice and the facility is always clean and high quality.
− Sometimes I wish they had a breakfast bar included in the price. You can order your breakfast in the cafe downstairs and it's a similar price to eating breakfast at a local cafe. I think they have to do it this way because the numbers of clients go up and down depending on what's happening at the University. So it makes sense that they make breakfast to order.

10.0The beds and pillows were very comfy. I enjoyed the gym as well. The staff was courteous and we even got an early check in.
