− The A/C could've worked a little better but that could have been just for that room. Didn't complain and nothing to cry over all in all a good stay.

Wish it was a better experience.

The front desk lady that worked in the morning on June 27th. She was very friendly, professional and helpful

− They tried to charge me an additional $302 and $100. I saw a baby roach in the bathroom and the sink was clogged because someone put food in the drain.

Disappointing stay

I was in a one-bedroom suite, and it is sad that the reasons I disliked my stay are the same as others have written here over the past several years. The lighting in the bedroom is very poor. The only lights are small, low-watt bedside sconces aimed downward, so that the rest of the room is dark (see photo). I had to use my cell phone light to look in my suitcase. The bedside lights are not sufficient for reading. The sitting room lighting is also poor. The only well lit space was the bathroom. The front desk staff said all rooms have the same lighting, so nothing could be done. The TV in the sitting room was not usable; it only responded to the remote 10% of the time (even after the remote batteries were changed). The hot water was only warm. Overall, I was quite disappointed in my stay.
