2.0The staff are manipulative and will lie on your behalf with zero regard for their own accountability. They do not care for you as a guest or patron because Medicaid. They will intimidate you with their size and eye you in a way that causes you discomfort for staying on their property. They treat you less than a member of Marriott.
They made it the best even though we were staying during a difficult medical situation.
10.0Lavinia and Cora are the best attendants that I have ever met. Their personalities are amazing. I strongly feel that they should be involved in training other attendants. Please offer them a bonus and also make sure to retain them as it would be a great loss to loose them.

4.0I don't like when hotel rents a room to a person (local) and they bring the whole family and friends for a birthday party and occupy the whole pool and lobby area. It becomes a common thing for hotels with the pools in Anchorage
