Worst start ever!! Deserve a full refund after this nightmare

− It was filthy. We woke up at 1:30 in the morning with police banging on the door above us, screaming cussing, threatening the person inside if they didn’t open the door, it continued for about an hour at him cussing at her open door. He continue to bang, trying to get this woman to open the door, screaming cussing or yelling then when she finally did open the door and there was a shuffle screaming, and all of a sudden she’s running through the parking lot in handcuffs help me help me he’s crazy. This is a crazy police officer as she falls, slams her body into the pavement and him slamming her around it was a nightmare and this didn’t end at that we had yelling rest of night. We got no sleep after driving all day and had a small child in room who heard all this and didn’t sleep. BEWARE

2.0Front desk and that maintenance man was extremely rude to my brother. He doesn’t bother a soul but they were so rude to him and myself whenever I came to pay for more time. They made him leave at 21 days!! The maintenance guy would everyday say”you pay” “you pay” after I already paid!! On the last day they called him at 7::30AM to tell him had to leave that day. The front desk spoke to me very rudely. My brother was homeless and for some reason this quiet, very polite guy ( my brother) was treated very badly!! I will be sure that others know how we were treated and recommend that they do not use Red Roof Inn. Oh and they pretend not to understand or speak one word of English!! Terrible experience for myself and especially my brother.
