8.0Shuttle drivers were prompt, but once they found us, rather than one of them running to tell the shuttle driver to come pick us up from where he was parked, they had us walk almost a mile to where he was parked??? Why not drive to your customer, not make them walk?

10.0Gorgeous hotel. Really clean with a great gym and pool. Staff were so friendly. The nicest lay over I've ever had. Hotel pick up worked well although you have to wait for other guests to arrive.
