10.0The hotel is very clean and quiet. Breakfast had healthy options like fresh fruit and boiled eggs (in addition to the standard things). We were very pleased with the staff and our stay overall
Best hotel in BCS!
10.0Booking my room was super easy. We checked in late, the person checking us in (5/29/26) was the sweetest person ever! She was so kind, friendly and answered all our questions; even ones we forgot about before we could ask! Service was great! Pool and hot tub was AMAZING, room was clean and super nice! Breakfast was delicious and being constantly refreshed. Checkout was a breeze as well! All the staff we encountered was kind, professional and friendly! We come to BCS every 6 weeks and we will ABSOLUTELY stay here again! It’s our new preferred hotel!
Horrible fire alarm
8.0One night was destroyed when the fire alarm was triggered. We never heard the cause and didn’t get an apology.
Pleasant Family Stay
10.0Premier Best Western stay was very comfortable. Friendly front desk staff made us feel welcomed. House keeping staff were helpful and available. Complimentary breakfast offered a good variety. Modern clean rooms and bathrooms with plenty of towels. Surprised by the close by smoking areas available outside made it easy for husband to smoke his cigar and not have to go too far. Definitely will stay again.
Great Stay
10.0The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. The service is excellent. We left my wife’s CPAP machine in the room when we checked out. As soon as Lena saw it, she took it down to Terri. Terri immediately callled me and we were able to go back for it, only losing a few minutes of travel time. Thank you so much Terri and Lena!!
Smelly Bathroom
8.0Slow check in. 5 people standing around doing nothing. Room was ok. Bathroom was moldy pinkish orange old mold all around the shower and on the outside also. It made the room smell bad. The towels are really small also.
