Worst experience in Fairbanks ever!!!!

− This is not a hotel but rather a hospice. The staff was terrible and actually yelled at us for asking why the window was left open in our room and it was -40f outside. She said I don't know that is not my job! The heater sounded like it was about to blow up.

8.0The breakfast was fine. Not too many options. We were disappointed that breakfast was served very late in the morning one day due to a staff call-in. Cold breakfast items weren’t even available during this time.

6.0The heating system was not controllable in the room. It was too hot for comfortable sleeping plus the fan was always on and very loud. Staff had no way of controlling it. Thermostats in the room didn’t function.
