Allerslechtste hotel ooit gehad!

− Dit is het allerslechtste hotel dat we op onze 3 weken Amerika hebben gehad. Het hotel is erg afgeleefd. De kamers zijn erg verouderd en vies. Als de airco opstaat jan te elkaar niet meer verstaan en toppunt van alles hadden we 2 dagen geen warm water!! Ook het personeel werkt er tegen zijn zin. Zo onvriendelijk!! Nooit meer!!!
I didn’t conditioner was not working

− I didn’t like when I went to check in with my reservation. The air conditioner was not working as I was told, and that I could cancel, and that the cashier would vouch for me through booking.com while I ended up losing my reservation fee and booking.com charged me 110 cancellation fee all because their facilities was not working right. When I called to straighten it out with comfort and staff, I was told don’t book through a third-party. Nothing was done to make things right with my experience because I lost about 250 just booking with comfort Inn, Salt Lake City..
Hot and sweaty.
2.0The staff were very good to us and other guest.
− The AC was not working. We were giving the choice to roll with it or cancel our stay. We had an appointment and no where else to stay. I won't stay in the downtown location ever again in any hotel.

− Reservation was approved despite this location NOT being able to accommodate us due to non working AC. Declining the reservation or calling us to inform us that they would not be able to honor our reservation seems to be a basic customer service skill they do not possess.
