− upon walking into the room i was greeted with the smell of cigarettes, i am a non smoker! the counter tops were sticky, there were holes in our curtains, bed was sagging in the middle. multiple walls in room was missing paint and scratched/banged up. the bathroom towels were very small. smaller then a regular sized towel. and when i told the front desk about the room smell there was no room for discussion or a resolution.
I love the room and hope the breakfast is better.

2.0IT IS A SHAME I AM AN EMPLOYEE OF THIS BRAND, AND I GOT MY CHAIN STOLEN OUT OF MY PURSE. I AM GLAD I TOOK MY WALLET OUT SO YEA I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN. IT'S NO NEED TO ASK BECAUSE THE ANSWER WILL BE NO. WE DIDN'T GO INTO THE ROOM YES, THE MAIDS WALKING AROUND WITH BACKPACKS ON LOOKING CREEPY. PLEASE WATCH YOUR VALUABLES BECAUSE AT THE BLINK OF AN EYE THEY WILL GET YOU LIKE I SAID ITS A SHAME TO STAY WITH THE BRAND YOU WORK WITH
