1.0Well I had ants in the bathroom on the walls on the floor some roaches and they made me leave for half an hour so they can spray I needed a handicap room which is for my dad he's in the wheelchair the from there everything went bad
− They could have accommodate me or ask me to solve this problem, basically I was traveling with my parents

− The floor was squishy, the toilet didn't flush, and the tv was on when I checked in which made me wonder why? The moron at the front desk gave me 1 room to check (Because it was a smoking room). I went up to check it and 30 minutes later in line to give my approval she gave away that room.
