4.0When we got to the hotel, they told us they didn’t have a room for us even though we had one reserved. They then put us in a room with wet carpet because they just shampooed it. All they did is give us a little fan and then expected us to be happy with it. We were running late for a wedding so we didn’t have time to even negotiate any kind of credit for not having a room and then putting us in a room with wet floors.

2.0The only reason this hotel was booked was for the water slide. Not open. Don’t advertise a “waterpark” if you close the main attraction.
