A comfortable stay made even better by the kind and helpful reception staff

We had a very good stay at this hotel. On the first night, the room we received was quite small for three people, but the reception staff were very helpful and moved us the next day to a much more comfortable and cosy room with three proper beds. Special thanks to Ziya Han and Volkan Bey for their kindness and assistance. They made sure we were comfortable and helped make our stay much better. We really appreciated their hospitality and would be happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Elite world comfy hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ruya, who is a truly wonderful person. She is very experienced and very kind and she went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Our room was on the family side and it was very quite and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Turkish bath and swimming pool were so clean and relaxing and they gave us towels and sandels. This hotel gave us a sense of 5 stars hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The location is good.

− The room which was provided had no window and was very dark. No noise isolation and you can hear every door opening and closing on your floor.

I only liked the location and it was very close to the Havaist bus station. The cleaning was done everyday, a thing which was good, though I was not happy with one of the cleaning ladies as when I said hi to her she had never replied back. I felt this was rude. She was like in her mid 40s. I left her a tip one day and she never said" thank you", very rude indeed. Her face looked very hopeless with no smile at all. The other staff members in the kitchen were friendly. The breakfast was not bad but it need to be better. They had the same items for everyday. In other 4stars hotels, you see different items being served everyday.

− I did not like the following: 1. The wifi signal was verrrry low in our roon. In the lobby it was better but not in the room. 2. The sound insolation level is terrible. For some nights it was not possible to sleep. We hear all the neighbors sounds, chats, laughs whether they were beside our room or across the corridor. We even changed our room but it did not help. This was terrible to pay 120USD a night but we could not sleep well due to that. 3. Also there was a noisy sound always running outside of our room. I think it was an electric generator or perhaps the air conditioning. That was just terrible as it hurt our brains. 4. When we checked in the lady told me in Turkish that the stuff in the fridge if eaten for the first time that will be without charge( ucretsiz). We had one 50 gr nuts can, one very small chocolate bar and one small cookies pack. When we checked out we got ripped off by being charged 1215 TL. Trust me that was the most expensive rip off deal I have ever met in my life. You won't even pay that much for these small stuff in Switzerland's 5 stars hotels( Switzerland isthe most expensive land). When I booked it on Booking, thete it said we had access to the indoors swimming pool but when we checked in they said we had to pay to be able to use it. That was also another terrible experience.
