8.0Location was perfect. Walk right out to the beach. The view was great.
− For a luxury stay, the paper products were the cheapest I've ever seen. I would expect Charmin, Puffs, Bounty. There was only one knife in the whole kitchen, no scissors either. A few food storage containers would have been nice. A table on the balcony would have been nice to eat outside. I noticed several units had one.

− I wish the bathrooms had bigger toilets and some form of ventilation. There were no fans at all.

− the room/condo is quite dated
Disappointing.
4.0The Beds and Couch seemed to be in good condition and fairly new. The appliances were clean and operated normally. The shower had good water pressure and temperature.
− The staff that checked me in was very unfriendly. The Parking situation is a mess. The door to my room couldn't be locked from the outside. There are no food options on or near the property. Someone's boxed personal items were left in the master closet. The shower needs to be cleaned and overall, the property was not very well maintained. Definitely not worth what I paid.
I would consider coming back for another stay.

Luxury only in pictures, finish the rooms before renting and show real pictures and not fake ones.
3.0Only thing I liked was that the balcony had great view of the valley and that access to the beach was easy.
− Everything else. Room was very much unfinished, not luxury like advertised. We had to clean it ourselves. Doors had scratches, and lot of things would not work. The building as well was under construction I assume. Indoor pool was accessed on the elevator in the garage as people arrive to this place. It was like a cake that looks good in pictures but ones you bite into it, there’s nothing. For the price I’d stay at the Luxury Resort next door and not here. That was you know you get luxury like you booked.
