6.0The room was dirty. There was a HUGE wad of long, black hair stuck to the shower surround. I have a pixie cut and my daughter's hair is shoulder length and blue. Zero chance it came from either of us.

8.0It was very clean and newly redecorated, friendly staff. Quite, nice pool, laundry facilities. For mobility issues the wheelchair ramp need to have a better no parking space as three times I had to wait for a car to pull out of it to access the ramp. Thresholds at the doors need to have bridges built of them for better and more secure entrance and exit.
