− I stayed for two nights. During the day prior to my check-in, the staff had noticed water damage to the ceiling in the lobby, indicating a leak. On the afternoon of my arrival, the water to all rooms was shut off to enable investigation and repairs. There was a break in a main water supply PVC pipe in the ceiling in the lobby. The repair and inconvenience was supposed to last only a few hours, but it stretched on into the evening. A larger leak occurred during the repair attempt, flooding the lobby, but that was quickly cleaned up. For the evening, the water was turned on at maybe 1/3 normal pressure so that the guests would have some water for the toilets and sinks. It dribbled out of my sink faucet, so I brushed my teeth with bottled water to avoid any chance of contamination. It dribbled out of my bathtub faucet so weakly that the shower did not work -- the water pressure was too low to push it up the several feet. Also the shower mechanism was old and defective anyway. I was forced to simply hold a wash cloth under the water and wipe myself down with that. There was no hot water, only cold water. That continued through the next morning. The afternoon of my second day the water was again completely off for several hours for more thorough repairs. By the evening of my second day, the problem was finally solved and there was again warm water. I received a partial refund as compensation, but as I had paid via booking.com rather than the hotel charging my credit card directly, I had to get the the booking.com customer service involved.

I stay here often and it is usually very nice. The area is nice and I am usually greeted by friendly staff.

− During my last stay they were fixing the waterline and the hotel sent out communication letters stating the water will be disconnected for 3 hours. The water was disconnected for about 2 days and for the 3 days I stayed in couldn't flush the toliet or shower.

Sehr sauber, gute Gegend mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns die kleine Aufmerksamkeit beim Check-In (Wasser und Snacks).

I loved the room, the cleaning staff are very nice, and polite and considerate, the food was nice. And the front desk were very welcoming and polite.

− There was not much that I didn't like. The atmosphere was nice and home like. The only problem i had during my entire stay was that the water amenities that the hotel provided were unfortunately not available for awhile. Nobody from the on site staffs fault. The staff gave plenty of notice to the guests that there was going to be services performed on the water amenities for a few hours, it was just a unfortunate situation that they weren't able to get it back in a timely manner. But I appreciate the on site staff for accommodating the guests to the best of their abilities.
