6.0I liked the location and I appreciate that for an expensive city like London, value for money was rather good. Also, for London standards the room was quite big.
− The hotel just looked so much nicer on the pictures than it really is, I never experienced a discrepancy as big as this one. There were no bathroom amenities whatsoever, not even separate shampoo/ shower gel but one liquid for everything. There was not even a bath mat in the room before I specifically asked for it. I also did not like that the windows didn't open, with a note that said that the room was fully air conditioned. I do not need air con in October but would have much preferred fresh air.
